How many hours a day are aligners worn, and how often are check-ups?

The trays come out to eat and to clean your teeth, and go straight back in.
What happens after braces?
You wear a retainer to keep the teeth where they now are. At Ooi Dental the retainer is charged separately from the braces.

How do I know which one is right for me?
That depends on your teeth and your habits, and it is decided at an assessment with the dentist.
